I am coaching the Red Mountain Freeski Academy this year. In this video clip I explain the subtle differences between a ski Instructing approach to skill development vs a coaching approach. It was a bit of a transition for me but I think I'm there.

I see the lads have been successful where many generations of Ski Questers have failed... Nice job finally getting him whupped into shape boys!
